About Moodscapes

Growing up under open skies – roaming forests and working the soil through every season – immersed me in the elements and taught me to see the world as shifting atmospheres rather than fixed forms. In these sensory encounters, nature’s silent whispers and raw, timeless beauty, I have not only found a refuge but also an elevated state of perception. Rooted in my connection with the natural word, and after spending several years of my artistic path in the realism genre, an outlet for the less literal conversations in my life started to take shape.

With heightened sensitivity, I am drawn to energies more than subjects, following emotional resonance rather than descriptive accuracy. My Moodscapes create a bridge between figurative expression and poetic abstraction, where forms emerge and dissolve within fluid fields of pigment. These transitions between clarity and mystery, form and atmosphere, mirror the way I experience the inner world – vibrant, layered yet grounded in attunement, all-embracing, and continually evolving.

In my “Moodscape” trajectory, I build surfaces that invite contemplation, through a playful and intuitive process in which experience defines outcome. Through the depth of delicate glazes, textured passages, and raw expressive strokes, the canvas becomes a meditation on presence and the subtle state that arises between control and surrender. Both the process and the result offer a space to slow down, to connect with the quiet undercurrents that shape our inner landscapes, and to enter the lyrical dimension of experience.
