Hello, welcome to my page!

I am a fine artist from Austria with classical Atelier training at the Florence Academy of Art in Italy. Inspired by the language of 19th century masters, I explore figurative themes in oils and study nature en plain air. I work from life whenever possible, seeking to translate not only the visible but lyrical dimension of the encounter.

As a complementary practice, I develop color- and texture based works in my Moodscapes trajectory, delving into the quiet undercurrents of experience through layers of intuitive expression. In this playful process, experience defines outcome as an unfixed path unfolds.

My work bridges contemporary Realism with reality dissolved in color and subjective experience. Rooted in observation of nature, sensitive presence and responsiveness to the shifting states of human experience, my practice is defined by a transformative dialog between inner truth and outer form.

I have worked as an Instructor for academic drawing and painting for several years in Italy, Germany and Austria, focussing on technical mastery of Figurative Realism and plain air painting. My work has been exhibited and recognized internationally and found homes in private collections in Europe, Asia and the US.
